The common cost covers the expenses necessary for the operation and maintenance of the condominium. It usually includes the following items:
lighting and cleaning of common areas
building insurance premium
joint representation fee
caretaker fee and other maintenance expenses
renovation fund payments
maintenance and repair of common equipment (elevator, intercom, ventilation system)
fee for sharing heating and hot water costs
bank charges, transfer fees
camera system operation
regular pest control (if necessary, also inside the apartments)
Important: the garbage collection fee is not part of the shared cost.
