The common cost covers the expenses necessary for the operation and maintenance of the condominium. It usually includes the following items:

• lighting and cleaning of common areas

• building insurance premium

• joint representation fee

• caretaker fee and other maintenance expenses

• renovation fund payments

• maintenance and repair of common equipment (elevator, intercom, ventilation system)

• fee for sharing heating and hot water costs

• bank charges, transfer fees

• camera system operation

• regular pest control (if necessary, also inside the apartments)

Important: the garbage collection fee is not part of the shared cost.
