Rezon Real Estate Ltd.
The word "REZON" is an old Hungarian expression, meaning reason, rationality. Rezon Ingatlan Real Estate Management and Service Ltd. was founded in 2005. The main activity of our company is the provision of full-scale joint representation and operation tasks for condominiums and housing cooperatives.
In addition to the common representation tasks, it also handles various records, accounting, invoicing tasks, and employee payroll accounting at our condominiums. The accounting tasks are performed by our qualified accountant, using a nationally accepted and recognized accounting program (Nethaz-Invert). We carry out our activities based on the 2003 Condominium Act No. CXXXIII., the law determines the main guidelines of our operation. Our colleagues have more than 30 years of real estate management experience, and our managing director has a professional qualification in real estate management and asset management obtained at the Institute of Engineering Training of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
Our company, in order to ensure the safety of the condominiums we manage, has condominium management liability insurance related to its activities with Allianz Hungária Insurance Company.
On our website, we operate a separate page for each condominium and housing cooperative we manage, where the important documents of the condominium (budgets, insurance policy, founding deed, SZMSZ.) can be downloaded in pdf format, and the current common expense balances and current accounts are available up-to-date. The page also displays news and information about the condominium, as well as photos of the buildings. If you register, we will then check it and within a few days you will be able to enter the internal page of the condominium with your own password and username received by e-mail, where you can read a lot of the useful information listed above.
